Until further notice, there is no longer any ground floor amenities. That includes pool, shuffleboard and BBQ area. There will be active construction as we are working to restore all of our ground floor amenities, so please except to experience construction noise. We are hopeful that they will be open soon. Parking adjustments will be made depending on where the workers are. Public parking is nearby. You have the free lot across the street to the right inside the white picket fence. Start the day by enjoying the sunrise on your deck and end the day watching the sunset over the Gulf. The condo features two full size beds in the one bedroom with a large closet with roll away bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV, a full kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay, a dining area and a spacious living area. You are welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys and games provided for the full beach experience. The building has a large pool area with many chairs and chaise lounges, a shuffle board, tiki bar area and barbeque grills all for you to enjoy. And if you like to fish, there is a fishing pier on the Intercostal and a boat dock both right across the street.
