"At Isar River Park" and just 20 min to Munich`s center: This chic and very bright 3 room holiday apartment in best exclusive location is on the upper floor of a large villa-styled house, which is lying directly at a nice meadow, and has its own external entrance. Can use a bedroom with double bed and bureau, ensuite bathroom (toilet, tub and bidet) and dressing room with wardrobes, living room with sofa, very comfortable sofa bed and guest bed for 3 persons the separate shower room (toilet, shower cubicle) and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a large covered south-west-facing balcony (garden furniture here waiting for you). Total yield of 81 m² (871 sq ft) living space. Interior is solid and of high quality but also very practical and comfortable, corresponding to the distinguished ambience. Of course, all things of daily use are available, up to a private washing machine with dryer and free Wifi.

All shops and the best international restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 8 minutes.

Just 200 meters away there is an e-bike rental station (MVG).

Perfect stay!

We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We stayed at the property for a weekend and made our way into Munich during the day and the little town was so nice to come home to. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Stephan :)

Prima verblijf, gedateerd maar schoon. Heerlijk rustige plek en mooie omgeving. Wel erg vreemd dat onze hond geen enkel moment alleen in het appartement mocht zijn. Verder fijne dagen gehad.

A Nice Find

Great location for a very reasonable price; Owner is very easy to work with and property was very sizeable and clean, with everything you might need [kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, TV, computer, phone, etc.; The high-efficiency washer / dryer was a very slow process, but that is the only thing I would change.... everything else was great, and I would stay here again.

Great stay in Grünwald

You’re not staying in the heart of Munich so there’s a bit of a journey to get to things, but it’s well worth it. Grünwald is lovely and quiet with shops and restaurants (we liked Kritamos), and the tram makes it easy to get to the center of Munich. The apartment felt very spacious - the pictures perhaps undersell how nice it is. Stephan is a helpful and thoughtful host. No complaints about anything- a great base for exploring Munich.

Grünwald is ideaal verblijf voor bezoek aan München

Ideaal gelegen verblijf voor een bezoek aan München: startpunt metro goed bereikbaar met auto, of tram; vandaar München in. Woning (stijl: vorige eeuw) is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hoeft zelf niets aan te schaffen, behalve eten en drinken. Koffie, thee, frisdrank en meer is aanwezig. Stephan is zeer vriendelijk beantwoord vragen snel. Aanrader!

Beautiful - Inside and Out!

Very well-appointed apartment in lovely town just outside Munich. Absolutely everything we could possibly need was provided. Very comfortable! Loved the small town - many good restaurants, cafes, bakeries and also a variety of hiking/walking trails very close by. The host was thorough in his walk through and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment in picturesce location

Very quiet location just a short walk from Gruenwald village center. Regular walks along the Isar added to the enjoyment. Host is extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

Outstanding!

Wir waren als Paar dort und kannten bereits die Umgebung. Es ist ein idealer Standort zum Radfahren, Spazieren, Wandern in den Bergen (mit entsprechender Anfahrt) oder Ausflügen nach München. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig unsere Ankunft verändern wollen (-1 Person, + 1 Tag frühere Anreise) und alles wurde unkompliziert vom Vermieter ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft hat quasi zwei separate Schlafzimmer, was uns wichtig war, darüber hinaus eine Wohnküche, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und großzügigen Balkon. Die Wohnung lässt an Komfort und Ausstattung keine Wünsche übrig. Selbst Computer/Drucker, Schreibutensilien inkl. Papier, Nähzeug, First-Aid-Ausstattung, Waschmittel, Bügeleisen -und brett sowie extra Bettzeug waren vorhanden, abgesehen von Spül-und Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster.... Wir haben eine derartige Ausstattung noch nicht erlebt. Großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Urlaub an den Isarauen

Bereits bei der Buchung freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Mit unserem Hund haben wir uns nicht nur geduldet, sondern willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt neben dem Haus beginnt ein Spaziergebiet mit Freilaufmöglichkeit für Hunde. Einziges kleines Manko: die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist als Sitzgelegenheit sehr unbequem. Dennoch, gerne wieder 😊

Central property to see Bavaria

Nice central property for visiting Austria, Southern Germany and Munich. There are excellent restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and private. Parking was in the driveway which was very convenient. Stephan met us when we drove up and took us through the apartment showing us how everything worked (his house welcome binder was also very helpful). He made very helpful recommendations on parking around Munich and rush hour traffic patterns. We would definitely recommend this property to others! Stephan, thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment. Spacious and incredibly clean!

Grunwald is a lovely town not far from Munich city center. My family and I were there for a week, for a wedding and sightseeing. We had never been to Munich before and found grunwald and specifically this apartment, perfect for a first time visit. Stephan was so helpful and had a binder full of English instructions for all of the house appliances, how to get to transportation and much more. We really felt at home! The Isar river is a must see- we even had time for a quick hike on the nearby trails.

Hervorragende Lage um mit Hund Urlaub zu machen!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Gleich an das Grundstück grenzt eine große Wiese an und nahtlos geht es in den Wald über. Wunderbar, um mit Hund Urlaub zu machen. Wir waren jeden Tag an der Isar und mit sehr unterschiedlichen Touren unterwegs und bestimmt gab es zum Ende der Tour auch noch einen Biergarten, in dem man pausieren konnte. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man täglich benötigt. Sehr zu empfehlen.
