Enjoy 150 feet of lakefront just outside the city limits. This fully remodeled cottage has fun for all to enjoy. There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for those that live on the water. The 12 seater hot tub is great for all seasons and overlooks the waterfront. In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace. The 800 square feet of deck overlooks the water for all your needs.

I am Rob and I am a Construction and Design High School teacher. My wife's name is Chantal and she is a Registered Nurse. We have 3 beautiful sons and a shorkie dog named, Rosie. We loved the outdoors and that is why we love our cottage on the water so much. In the hot tub, canoe, by the fireside or cuddled up in from the snow we love everything about our cottage.
Why they chose this property
Four years ago we actually just stumbled upon this property but have fallen in love with it ever since. All of our neighbours are wonderful people and the lane feels like a small community where everyone helps everyone else. As soon as I drive down the lane to our cottage I feel like I am up in the Muskoka's on a small private lake. Nicest part about it is that we only have to drive 15 minutes to get there. What a GEM!
What makes this property unique
All of our guests marvel at the view over the water when they first arrive. And secondly, they really enjoy the hot tub which overlooks the water, and doesn't have a covering so you can view the stars at night. We also love the amount of property that we have and the large campfire area with ample firewood from the trees we have.
