Great lower unit in small courtyard apartment complex. Only 12 units. Hardwood floors, great light, eat in full kitchen with stove and fridge. One parking space in the back of the building. Community laundry room on site. Stays over one month are required to have housekeeping at lease once per month at $160/clean starting in month 2
