Great location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Lower unit with hardwood floors, two good sized bedrooms with queen beds, great closet space, nice size living room, dining area off kitchen, wifi, Roku tv, and community laundry room. We do not allow smoking, pets or parties. Bookings for more than one month are required to pay for housekeeping at $125/ clean and at least one clean per month.
