Awesome home!

We loved our Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. Plenty of seating both indoors and out. We loved watching football outside. Pickle ball court was a hit with our grandkids. Fire pit was fun too. All around perfect!

We took two families to this Lake Hartwell and had the best time! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was really convenient to the marina, and the pickleball court provided hours of fun! Can't wait to go back!

Incredible getaway

Our crew LOVED our stay at this lakeside house. From the pickleball court, to the perfect yard for games, to the beautiful basement for grilling and watching football, this house was exactly what we needed and the owners were as kind as you’d like. We’ll definitely be rebooking for next year!

Family friendly fun

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it there. The layout of the home is perfect for a larger group with children. The boat dock and separate swim platform make it nice to relax by the water as well. I definitely would pick this property again!

Fun weekend with friends

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home with another family. In all, we fit 4 adults and 7kids very comfortably. The location of the home was perfect for renting a boat and tubing! We also had a chance to walk and explore the area- it was scenic and absolutely stunning. We plan to return!

We had an amazing week at the lake thanks to Never 2Lake!

The location is beyond perfect! Everything was clean, and inviting. Our family has plenty of opportunities to play together and space apart for downtown time as well. Close to groceries. Very cute downtown as well. We will be coming back for sure!

Perfect Annual Friend Vaca

Our annual Friend vaca couldn’t have been better! The walk to the water is easy! We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to kayaks to towels and linens. Great Holiday House

We booked this house so that our family, who were coming from Kentucky, Florida, New York, and elsewhere around Georgia, could all be together in one place for Thanksgiving. The house worked perfectly for that purpose. It's a beautiful house. It was in the middle of renovations while we were there, which we were warned about a couple of days before arrival, but it didn't deter from our stay.

Labor Day at the Lake

We had an incredible weekend at this lake house! The amenities were great, paddle boards, 2 docks, fire pit, and a newly finished pickle ball court! We rented a boat for 48 hours from Hartwell Marina, less than 15 mins away. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the lake. The house is also stunning and we had fun grilling with the garage doors open so everyone could be together and watching the football game.

SOOO CHARMING!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lakehouse!! The decorating and furnishings were modern and beautiful - created a very inviting and peaceful vibe. Everything was thought through and had a nice quality level. The layout of the home was very accommodating for our family needs, including several grandchildren. And we all loved the breathtaking setting on the lake. It was so enjoyable to relax on the porch, as well as play in the water with the kayaks and paddleboards. Missy was amazing in her positive and supportive help with our pre-arriving questions. We would 100% love to stay there again when we head to Georgia!!

Great family home for different ages!

We vacationed with our adult children and 2 young grandchildren. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Kitchen was so well equipped, I took too much. Although we loved hanging out in the water and on the dock, we especially enjoyed the paddle boards. It was unfortunate timing there was some construction noise early our first morning, but once we got to the lake, we didn't hear a thing and it was only the first morning. At night, we could put the children to bed and the adults could play cards in the basement and watch the soccer games without bothering the kids. This is a beautiful property!

Amazing property with an host to match

I had a couple of questions before my trip in regards to the restaurants in the area. Missy was very prompt in giving me the run-down of options. The morning of the trip she sent a message and gave me a call to make my check-in super smooth. When we got to the lake house everything was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked. They had high-end pots, bakeware, glasses, plates, seasonings, and everything else that you could think of. The furniture was clean and comfortable. She had an abundance of towels and face cloths. The instructions for everything were tastefully hung around the house in picture frames . The internet worked well. The view of the lake was stunning. The windows were soundproof. The bedrooms look better in person than they do in the pictures. I really enjoyed my stay and Missy's hospitality. I would recommend this space 100%.

Fabulous Vacation

Wonderful setting and accommodations for large family gathering/vacation. The house is so efficiently laid out that each person had their own private space and the living space and deck were an awesome place for everyone to gather during the day! You'll fall in love with our newly renovated house the minute you drive up and see the incredible water views. The open, expansive floor plan allows for views of the lake from almost every room. Two main floor King Master Bedrooms (one with ensuite walk-in shower) as well as a twin bedroom and large central bathroom with laundry accommodate an entire family on the main floor. Located just off the open loft sitting area, the private loft King Master Bedroom with large shower/bath, double vanities and walk-in closet offers a quiet respite from the rest of the family. The kitchen is perfectly appointed and open to the living area. Perhaps the greatest feature of our home is the terrace level which opens to the outdoor kitchen/grilling area. Full view garage doors open to bring the outdoors inside.
