Beware - unsafe area and no communication
First of all the property besides the no hot water and thermostat locking issue the property was in great shape and very nice. 👍 the gentleman that came out did good and helped us through it. He did leave the lockbox open on the code so I would change it. He also took the key which was kinda wierd. We wanted to make you aware of something’s This property is next door to a drug dealer all last night during the day and tonight cars back and fourth. Even prostitution on the block tonight as we pulled up hence why we left early we don’t feel safe at this point staying there. My vehicle was out in the street with cars even driving backwards racing down the road today.We feel unsafe and uneasy dealing with this. Overall the comfort in the property was good but there were something’s we’d like to point out. 1. Hot water is scalding dangerous out of the faucets now but still warm from shower. 2. The neighbor to the left looking at the property it’s currently for rent has a huge light several of them and a yard alarm that goes off randomly during the night. Very loud woke us up twice The light is so bright the blinds do not cover the light coming in the windows so we tried blocking the window with towels. No luck 3. Last night there was a train at 12am that blasted its horns several times why is this allowed this late in the area? 4. Locks on front door are not the most user friendly locking us out several times. 5. The master bed is very short and our feet hang off of it. My Husband is 6’ tall only. Overall we just didn’t feel safe staying any longer we were thinking what if this was our parents and something happened? This needs to be addressed It would be great to receive some credit back from this stay please. The property is all your as of 10:30pm Saturday night.
