Last minute plan for my Birthday
To summarize my overall impression of the property I would have to say it’s very misleading and very disappointing. The pictures that are on the Vrbo website are what made me book the property and I didn’t get what was in those photos. Upon entering the room I was assigned to I immediately noticed this room looked nothing like the pictures from the website. I couldn’t reach the person who was suppose to be the go to person if I had any issues and unfortunately for me that was unsuccessful. I then called the customer service number I found for help and it was then someone informed me that not all rooms are exactly alike but they are very similar. To me very similar means they look slightly different. In my opinion this wasn’t the case. I then explain to the young lady the online pictures give luxury and the room I was in gave nothing plain boring vibes. She said she would let management know my concerns but I never heard from them. I’ve checked out of the property now and I have a bitter sweet taste in my mouth. Also, I feel like I wasted my money and I could’ve stay at home and celebrated my birthday!!!
