Welcome to your dream retreat at Fernhill, Queenstown! This stunning 4-bedroom home offers breathtaking views of The Remarkables mountain range and the serene waters of Lake Wakatipu, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups.
Cozy Living Room: Relax in the stylish living area featuring plush leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and warm, natural light streaming through the windows. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
Modern Dining and Kitchen Space: Share meals in the elegant dining area that seats six, surrounded by large windows that bring the outdoors in. The adjacent fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for home-cooked meals.
Unmatched Views: From the comfort of the lounge, enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows framing iconic views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. The cozy decor complements the spectacular scenery, ensuring a relaxing and picturesque stay.
Inviting Outdoor Deck: Step onto the spacious deck to soak up the alpine air and take in the uninterrupted views. With outdoor seating, it’s ideal for morning coffees, evening drinks, or simply gazing at the scenery.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen beds perfect for restful nights.
Bedroom 4: Single bed, cozy and ideal for a solo guest.

Bathrooms: 2.5 well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Climate Control: Dual heat pumps and full insulation for year-round comfort.
Parking: Ample off-street parking available.
Location:
Tucked away in the peaceful Fernhill neighborhood, this home is only minutes from Queenstown’s vibrant town center. Explore world-class ski fields, hiking trails, and adventure activities, or enjoy the town’s restaurants and shops.
Things to note:
➤ There is a van permanently parked in the carport, please just park your vehicle right behind it. It's a long driveway with room to park 3 more vehicles up to the front door.
➤ There's a small granny flat located at the back of the property which is currently empty. It's a completely separate upper level section that's very private separated by steps, fence and bushes. We are not sure if/when this place will be in use but should not pose any problems.
No parties or events are allow.
No shoes inside the house.
