Warburton's Loft is a large, light filled space (158 sqm) with 3 bedrooms. It can host up to 7 guests overnight (3x queen/double beds and one single bed that is a top bunk)

Great for work, work trips and work meetings: NBN, a desk with power ready for your laptop, a meeting table that sits 12, and plenty of other spaces to branch out

Great for cooking and dinners: fully equipped kitchen, 90cm oven, large benchtops. The dining table sits 12.

Great for families: Cot and high chair on site. Your Netflix and Disney subscriptions available on request.

Guest access:
Warburton's Loft is a few steps down from Hardware Lane on Little Bourke Street. It is the top floor of a 2 story building accessed by stairs (no lifts). Entry is via two keypad locks.

Parking: Book online for 200 Queen Street and Bourke Square, alternatively The strand is 200m away.

Other things to note:
To best protect our neighbours, Warburton's Loft has a strict no party policy. Do not book with us if you are planning to have any party-like event (bucks, hens, and so on). This policy includes the rule that you are not to bring extra guests than what you advise on booking, and that that the balcony and all windows must be shut by 10:00 pm each night.
