Interior charm with fabulous views! 2 bedrooms + an office, modern kitchen & bath, breakfast bar with view, dishwasher, washer/dryer, living room and dining room, WIFI. Covered front porch. Deck. Parking in driveway. No Pets. Ideal for health professionals who want proximity to the hospital. Walking distance to downtown. 5 min. drive to Sugarloaf Mt. for hiking and biking trails & skiing. Please provide adequate disclosure for me to approve your booking if you have less than 5 reviews. Thanks
The space
There is an entry foyer and a living room and dining room and kitchen on the main floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom w/washer dryer. There is also a home office with a beautiful view. A WIFI password is sent before occupancy time. The unfinished basement is not included. There is a Heat Pump on the main floor and another Heat Pump on the second floor. The key pad for the August entry system is on the mailbox 1 foot to the right of the front door, your entry code is sent to you prior to occupancy time; or I may give you a key.
Guest access
The main floor and the second floor and the deck and the covered front porch are included. The unfinished basement is not included.
Other things to note
No smoking. No pets. No loud music or partying of any kind. Private driveway for parking. The backyard is a cliff not quite straight down. You agree that you and your guest use the house and property at your own risk. You agree that people that service this house, such as my cleaning and maintenance people, will be aware you are staying in the house. Thank you for booking with me!
