This property is ideal for extended families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. It includes two lounges and a spacious kitchen designed with entertaining in mind, featuring two fridge/freezers, two ovens, and even two toasted sandwich makers!

There are four king-size bedrooms, as well as two bunk beds in a fully insulated and air-conditioned garage. A separate office provides a quiet space for any group member who needs privacy to work without interruptions.

Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are large enough to seat everyone at once. The house comes with a fully stocked pantry, including all the herbs, spices, condiments, and pantry staples you need to prepare delicious meals. The goal is to make you feel like you're in a home away from home.

The private outdoor entertaining area is a standout feature, with a heated swimming pool that will keep children entertained for hours and offer a refreshing escape from the Central Otago summer heat. The ambient lighting creates a magical atmosphere for evening gatherings. Adjacent to the pool is the hot tub, the perfect spot for star gazing, catching up with friends, or enjoying a peaceful retreat to rejuvenate after a busy day outdoors.

Located close to a bar/café, corner store, communal tennis courts (rackets provided), pump track, golf simulator, boat ramp, mountain bike trails, and scenic walking routes—this place truly has it all.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
