A fully equipped 2 bedroom (both queen beds) apartment within a brand new residential complex development (Dec 2024) and easy access to the Victoria Street train station (only a 2 minute walk) to take you to city shopping and attractions in Perth. Only one stop away from Freemantle. Easy travel by train and Transperth overall public transportation system allows you to explore Perth and beyond.

You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and patio for your stay. Both bedrooms are equipped with brand new queen beds for your comfort. The apartment is located in a new building with totally secured access. The apartment is equipped with a video front entrance HIKvision for your security. Your access fob and key are needed for the building access which will be outlined in your check in instructions.

This apartment is located within a 2024 new residential complex. Parking is assigned for your exclusive use in a secure complex garage. Access is behind security gate for a very secure parking solution. NOTE the MAXIMUM HEIGHT is 2.1 meters. Your spot is marked and all the details are in your check in instructions. The apartment has a tiled bathroom with shower, reverse cycle air-conditioning covers the entire suite plus we have added 2 oscillating fans. There is an internal laundry with a washer, dryer and airer too. Lots of local shops, cafes, restaurant variety all with in a short walk. Mosman Beach and Cottesloe Beach easy 10 minute walk away. Ground floor property so easy walk from your secure parking space (note 2.1m max height) There is also free street parking subject to availability.

Only 2 minutes walk to the Victoria Train Station. The Mosman Park train station is also only 800 meters .
You can take the train from the Airport and arrive just 2 minute walk from your apartment. Travel downtown Perth via the train and then use the FREE CBD "CAT" Bus allowing you free transport within the CBD of Perth. There is free street parking, subject to availability outside of the main entrance. You are provided with 1 free parking spot in a secure garage.

This is an apartment stay, suitable for up to 4 guests. This is an apartment located in a family residential complex new construction December 2024 . Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. This is a non smoking/vaping and no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment.
