Our home is a new build featuring an epic location, a Finnish style barrel sauna, and a large deck to enjoy sunrises, sunsets & birdsong. The house has central heat and air so you’ll be comfortable year round.

5 minutes to the closest surf beach, 10 minutes to Te Arai & Forestry, and 10 minutes to Mangawhai Heads beach. A great place to stay if you're a Tara Iti or Links golfer. Come enjoy a taste of our delightfully curated paradise!

The space
Our beautiful home is situated on the notorious local Black Swamp Road, with easy access to all surf beaches and the estuary. Black Swamp is an ideal location, we're right outside the busy heart of town but just a 2 minute drive to the Village and all restaurants, including the infamous Mangawhai Tav. All the rural coastal feels without sacrificing on a central location!

Our home is more than just a bach, fully kitted out with every detail from chic furniture selections to all Città plateware and cutlery and teak outdoor furniture.

Both the master and larger guest bedroom feature glass sliding doors so you can lay in bed and enjoy the view and sound of the birds. The ensuite has a stunning full tiled shower with private views of the bush line.

The lounge and kitchen feature oversized sliding doors as well giving the house it's indoor outdoor flow.

With bush views from every angle in the house and no neighbors in sight, this home is truly a secluded oasis. You won't want to leave!
