Playa is a purpose-built resort with full amenities (May to October). Superhost on Airbnb 4.8 rating. This is an extra spacious 2bed+den penthouse unit with high ceilings, large corner balcony with beautiful view and no neighbors. It is NOT a loft and there are only 2 units at Playa del Sol with this layout.
2 bathrooms- ensuite bath plus bath connected to the 2nd bedroom and common area. Kitchen is fully stocked.
Balcony access off queen bedroom and living room. Sleeps 4 adults plus small child or small adult in the den.
MAY TO OCTOBER ONLY amenities- Pool with pool deck, lounge chairs, courtyard with bbq area, hot tub.
Gym and steam room- available all year. Beach across the street. Safe indoor parkade (6'11" height restriction)
