Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. This place is close to everything without the hassle of crowded or undeveloped places. Tulum is a great place to stay at, with plenty of places to visit nearby and the magnificent caribbean sea a few steps away.
What makes this property unique
Ours is a corner apartment and neighbours are mostly absent, so the place is very quiet, Enjoy the pool, the steam bath or the gym, and most likely the place will be all yours as residents go out to work and visitors leave to visit some exotic place nearby. We have priced it higher than similar places because it is entirely NEW, nobody has ever used it, and what we really want is to SELL it, as we need to concentrate our investments elsewhere.
