The beach and the sea 50m away on foot, this is what this pretty air-conditioned 3-bedroom apartment of 63m², crossing, located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, overlooking the Pointe du Gouron, will offer you. Its large equipped loggia will fill your end of the day and allow you to be in the front row during the fireworks. The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people, with its air-conditioned master bedroom (double bed 160) and the second bedroom with two single bunk beds (90) and a desk. An independent kitchen but open to the air-conditioned dining room, a living room with two sofas (convertible into extra beds). A large bathroom with a washing machine and drying area. Pets will not be allowed. The cleaning fee included in the price. Free parking in the avenue. Linen not included in the rental.
