The Space
Every room in this home offers water views, whether of the river or Tuggerah Lake. You can even soak in the bathtub while gazing out at the river.

The main living, dining, and sleeping areas are on the first floor. At the top of the stairs, you’ll step into the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking up a storm. Choose to dine at the table or breakfast bar, or head down the external staircase to enjoy your meal outdoors.

Upstairs, you’ll find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with two air-conditioning units to keep the space comfortable year-round.

Downstairs, the combined laundry and bathroom adds extra convenience. This home has everything you need for a relaxing and pampering stay.
