This very open and airy home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals was built in 2000, and has been renovated and completely new furnished in 2015. Guests will find a spacious residence in the Southwest of Cape Coral with 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen), 2 baths, an electrically heated pool, and an outstanding location in a quiet Cul-de-sac Street on a Gulf Access Canal.

Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the west facing patio. The furniture was carefully selected and the entire property is very well maintained. This beautiful house has an open floor plan with great room design and split bedrooms. Enjoy exciting sunsets from the large pool area with plenty of room for lounge chairs. A wonderful place to spend your Florida vacation!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

Perfect vacation

The villa was perfectly located at the end of one of the many side roads with gulf access. Our kids loved the large pool. It was a very quiet area with friendly neighbours.
