Well equipped with the essentials and a few important extras including a shared swimming pool, two Smart TVs, guest parking and complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi.
When you feel like heading out, you are just a 5-minute stroll from restaurants, cafes and local amenities. Alternatively, enjoy the shared swimming pool, fire up the BBQ on the balcony or relax in the downstairs courtyard facing the river!

Please note that the swimming pool is a shared facility and is heated from Labour Weekend through to Easter.

A garage is available for parking of 1 car, there is additional car parks within the complex to be shared and availability cannot be guaranteed. Trailers (including boats), camper-vans and caravans are strictly prohibited.
This property is part of a complex so body corporate rules apply and must be adhered too.
This complex is riverside and has a pool so please supervise children at all times. Swimming in the the river is not advised as it can be very dangerous due to strong currents.
An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people.
The three levels are connected by stairs so please be mindful that this apartment may not suit all people.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
