The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality cookware and appliances, making meal preparation effortless. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts an 8-seat table with spectacular ocean views. The living area offers a comfortable sectional couch and a large-screen TV, perfect for movie nights with family and friends.

The outdoor patio features dining for 8 and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. Take a dip in the infinity pool or unwind at the outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, and bar for the ultimate alfresco experience.

The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.
