At the end of a long driveway, this 3bdrm, 1bthrm home is nestled on 410m2, surrounded by trees, and plants. Safe spot tucked away.
This home has the basics - microwave, toaster and jug, coffee and tea, utensils, pots/pans.
The large corner couch has a pull out innersprung double bed, and the other long couch side doubles as another single bed.
Bathroom has toilet, vanity, large shower, and dressing table with mirror. Mirror has backlighting and a demister built in.
Wrap around decking out the front with gazebo area which is lovely to enjoy the fresh sea air and relax during the day, and listen to the waves crashing on Papamoa beach at night.
3mins drive to Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island, supermarkets, and local bars and cafes.
4 mins drive to the beautiful Papamoa Beach, or a 15 min stroll.
Papamoa Beach is excellent for surfing, swimming, kite boarding, with Surf Rescue staff on duty based at Papamoa Surf Club.
15mins drive to Mt Maunganui. 2hr 45min drive from Auckland to Papamoa Beach. Come down to taste the beach life on your break away.
