Welcome to Van City!
This 2-bedroom space has a private entrance and bathroom, with newly renovated kitchen and shower for guests. Located just 15 minutes from downtown (depending on traffic) , but also situated perfectly for road trips to: North Vancouver, Sqamish, Whistler and Vancouver island (20 minutes from ferries)
I live upstairs, so making it a comfort and great stay is important to me. The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, minutes from coffee shops, and restaurants.
