Summary:
Welcome to Haven on the Hill, a newly refurbished property where tranquility meets the breathtaking views of Lake Rotorua. The location is near the world-famous Waipa Mountain Biking trails in the Redwoods (Whakarewarewa) Forest, surrounding lakes and geothermal landscapes. After a day of adventure, snuggle up with a book from our eclectic library and enjoy the deck and a well-equipped kitchen with amazing views.
The Space:
The kitchen and living areas are well situated for entertaining and relaxing. The deck opens from the living room where you can enjoy all day sun as it pokes through the trees. Just below, the Rotorua Tree Trust awaits which is a 20 hectare green space with walking trails in amongst grazing sheep.

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole house although part of the basement garage may be closed off for owner use. There will still be storage available to you for bikes etc.
The Neighborhood:
Tihiotonga is a lovely residential area of Rotorua. The area is between the city and the Redwoods Forest giving great access for mountain bikers especially.
