The Mediterranean luxury apartment is located directly on the breathtaking beach of Costa Calma. It is less than 30 meters from the bed and you are in the turquoise-blue, crystal-clear Atlantic, where you can swim all year round.

The stylish apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. On two levels you will find a Mediterranean ambience for high demands. A dreamlike four-poster bed with a canopy, high-quality mattresses and the finest bed linen will spoil you. A beautiful rustic make-up chest / secretary provides additional amenities and conveys Spanish flair.

In May 2017, the bathroom was completely renovated and equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower area. Modern functional fittings, a high-quality rain shower and warm tiles await you.

Enjoy the morning sunrise on our furnished garden terrace with exotic plants, shady palm trees and blooming flowers. You will never forget this beautiful clear sea view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Here you can experience romantic evenings with a glass of wine and the gentle rustling of the Atlantic.


On the lower living level you will find a rustic hardwood table and a cozy corner couch with cuddly pillows, which can also be used as a bed for a 3. Person can serve.

The kitchenette on red Star Galaxi marble is fully functional and equipped with the best branded appliances. In addition to a 4-plate ceramic hob, there is a high-quality microwave including grill and convection oven as well as a practical dishwasher and a high-quality refrigerator with 4-star freezer on site. Coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle and many other practical kitchen utensils complete the kitchen area.

A cozy bathroom is in the back of the studio. It has a walk-in rain shower and a practical vanity with a round sink. There is sufficient storage space for your cosmetic and bathing utensils. Of course, our comfortable white bathrobes and a modern electric hair dryer are ready for you.

Furthermore, a ceiling fan and air conditioning (also heater) ensure an excellent indoor climate in the entire apartment.

A flat screen TV with satellite system guarantees many German and international programs. Furthermore, a DVD player and a stereo system with radio provide further entertainment.

Shower and bath towels as well as all kitchen and hand towels are available. Large beach towels are also available in the studio so that you can travel with less weight.

For sandpipers and walkers we have 2 pairs of Nordic walking poles for you.

Un rêve devenu réalité
Cet appartement est un véritable havre de paix en bord de plage. Son canapé moelleux invite à la détente, tandis que la cuisine moderne offre tout le nécessaire pour préparer de bons repas. La salle de bain, équipée d’une douche à l’italienne, allie confort et élégance. La chambre garantit des nuits reposantes grâce à un lit douillet. La terrasse, spacieuse et abritée du vent de nord, est parfaite pour profiter de l’extérieur en toute sérénité. Enfin, la proximité avec le restaurant permet de savourer un repas en terrasse en toute simplicité.

Small but perfectly laid out. Direct access to the beach and a view of a fantastic sunrise every morning. Having the sun on the terrace whilst eating our breakfast was ideal for us.

Toller Urlaub
Die Terrasse der Ferienwohnung geht in den Sand über. Nach dem Aufstehen gab es ein Bad im Atlantik, danach traumhafte Strandwanderungen. Für sehr gutes Essen war ebenfalls gesorgt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Supergemütliches Appartement in Traumlage
Dem Appartement merkt man es an, dass es die Besitzer für sich selbst erworben und eingerichtet haben. Zum einen ist der Schnitt des Appartments mit unterem Wohnteil und etwas oberhalb gelegenem Schlafteil mit völlig neu gestaltetem Badetrakt bestechend. Zum anderen ist das Appartement sehr gemütlich, allen Bedürfnissen dienend und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (z. B. schmiedeeiserne Accessoires allerorten!). Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: den leicht überdimensionierten Bettkissen zwei kleinere, weichere hinzuzugesellen. Last but not least lobenswert die fantastische Lage direkt am breiten Sandstrand. Das direkt neben dem Appartement liegende, an fünf Tagen geöffnete Restaurant ist der Erwähnung wert, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Schönes Studio direkt am Strand
Wir haben zehn sehr schöne Urlaubstage in diesem liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Studio direkt am Strand erlebt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Strandrestaurant, welches an 6 Tagen die Woche hervorragende Küche zwischen 12 und 21 Uhr anbietet. Mit dem W-LAN hat es leider trotz Nachfrage bei der lieben Antje, die vor Ort mit Rat und Tat beiseite stand, nicht geklappt. Dies war für uns allerdings nicht wichtig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand
Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber geschmackvoll und zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders schön fanden wir die Nähe zum Meer. Eine Woche die Brandung im Ohr, den Wind um die Ohren (trotz windgeschützter Terrasse) und tollstes Licht und Sonne. Zu bemerken ist: Links nebenan eröffnet ein Restaurant. Dieses könnte schön werden; wie es dann mit der Ruhe bestellt sein wird bleibt abzuwarten

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Der Urlaub 12 Tage über Weihnachten 2018 war sehr schön, alles war so wie geplant, gebucht und versprochen. Der nachträgliche vereinbarte Transit zum Flughafen hat perfekt funktioniert, wir haben daher kein Auto gebraucht. Die Selbstversorgung im Lebensmittelmarkt ist in 15min zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Das selbst gekochte Essen und besonders das Frühstück mit Blick auf Strand und Meer waren fantastisch. Das Tapas-Restaurant direkt nebenan war leider geschlossen, am Strand sind 2 Bar/Restaurants in 10 min Fussweg bis 18:00 geöffnet. Mit unserem Dackel werden wir allerdings nicht mehr in Strandnähe buchen. Es gab keine richtig schlechte Erfahrung, die Spanier am Strand waren sehr nett und freundlich. Die meisten anderen Urlauber auch, aber eine spezielle Sorte deutscher Rentner gibt's leider überall, die nörgeln rum und weisen auf diverse Hundeverbote hin, das vermiest dann schon die Laune. Zum Strandspaziergang sind wir auf die Dämmerung morgens und abends ausgewichen, so hatten wir täglich einen fantastischen Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Das Wetter war traumhaft, immer sonnig bis auf einen Tag etwas stürmisch und bewölkt.

Traumhaft, Erholung pur???????
Wir hatten eine traumhafte, erholsame Urlaubswoche in diesem super, tollen Apartment, Beschreibung der Eigentümer passt perfekt es ist nichts mehr hinzu zufügen uns fehlte nichts. Für zwei Personen perfekt, niedlich. Das Apartment liegt ideal, direkt am Strand wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, einfach wie schon geschrieben TRAUMHAFT. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort von Antje sehr, sehr nett, tolle Betreuung. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier richtig, lange Spaziergänge, auch joggen am Strand einfach nur genial oder einfach nur im Sand ein Sonnenbad nehmen war zu unserer Reisezeit möglich oder wer es mag ein kühles Bad im Meer nehmen ca. 18-19Grad. Bäcker, Sparmarkt, Restaurant in 3-5 Fußminuten zu erreichen, wer sich nur erholen möchte, benötigt kein Leihwagen alles im Ort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir sofort wiederkommen. Lg Meikel&Brigitte

Toller Urlaub in Costa Calma
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in dem Studio sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles da was man braucht. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Es war alles super vorbereitet und ein sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.Auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen auf Fuerteventura war wie die Betreuung vor Ort gut organisiert Gerne wieder

Schmuckes Studio an perfekter Lage
Ein Bijoux an direkter Strandlage! Die Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen! Das Studio ist zwar klein (wie Studios halt sind), aber es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt und haben einen gemütlichen Urlaub verbracht. Es war alles prima sauber, Küche ist Top eingerichtet, TV Programme funktionieren einwandfrei, Garten und Strand sind gepflegt... Wenn man einen Kritikpunkt suchen will, oder einen Wunsch anbringen - es wäre noch spannend gewesen ein paar Insider Tips vorzufinden, über die Gegend, ein feines Restaurant oder was man unbedingt gesehen haben sollte. Aber wir waren auch so ganz zufrieden :-)

Wunschlos glücklich :D
Wir wollten einfach mal eine Woche ausspannen und dafür kann ich mir nix besseres vorstellen. Die Wohnung war 100% zufrieden stellend und die Lage einmalig. Also es gibt wirklich NIX zu moseren! Wenn wir mal wieder das Bedürfnis haben abzuschalten, werden wir uns melden :D

einfach spitze!
Ein kleines aber sehr romantisches studio, mit spitzen ausstattung. Alles was mann braucht ist vorhanden. es ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, in wirklichkeit sieht es noch besser aus wie auf den bildern! Absolute traumlage, direct am strand, und dennoch ruhig! Wer nicht den ganzen tag ans strand liegen mochte wurde ich ein mietwagen empfehlen. Ein schoner Tagestur ist zum suden nach puerto de la cruz. Ist ein langer schotterweg aber das kan man problemlos mit dem miet auto fahren. restaurants gibt es in gehdistanz.etwas weiter entfernt mit dem auto hat uns vor allem das knokendo gefallen (gute tapas und paella) und mirador de sotavento (gehobene spanische kuche mit tollem ausblick uber die costa calma). Wer gerne Fisch esen mochtet findet superrestaurants in puerto de la cruz, und eigentlich in jeder kleiner hafen, u.a pozo negro, playitas.

Traumhaft schönes Aufenthalt an der Costa Calma
Die Lage als auch die Ausstattung des Bungalow sind hervorragend. Wir hatten ein paar erholsame Tage und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
