Just listed! STUNNING! Newly built in 2024, this amazing unit at The Residences at Town Center will not dissapoint! 2 blocks TO MADEIRA BEACH! 30 day minimum stay is required. Pool and hot tub can currently be used, however neither are heated at the moment; the condo association is working on getting them repaired. Boat rentals closeby.
This is the perfect unit to choose for a month long get-away! This amazing unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and at 1826 s.f., you will have room to stretch out and stay a while! Smart Tv's in the living room and in each of the 3 bedrooms, so that you can sign-in to your favorite streaming accounts.
The Heated community pool and hot tub overlooks the Intracoastal. Walk to Madeira Beach, it's a short block away, which has been deemed as one of the lovely Beaches in the World! There is a gym in the building should you care to hit the treadmill, and a Ping Pong Table in the buildings common room! Relax on the units private Balcony, which overlooks the pool and Madeira Beach Yacht Club, and daydream while watching the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Rent a boat from Salty or Freedom Boat rental, both of which are located next to The Residences at Town Center.
You will have gated and assigned parking for 2 normal sized vehicles (no RV's or boat trailers allowed) in the first floor parking garage. The lobby on the first floor has 2 elevators.
The Primary Bedroom has a King Sized bed, with a lovely ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Sized bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, and a baby crib for guests use in the closet of the bedroom. Bunkbed is not for guests use.
There is a 3rd bathroom, close to the 3rd bedroom, off of the hallway.
The unit has a full kitchen that is equipped with cooking, eating, and drinking utensils, and there is a laundry room inside the condo unit.
An application to the condo association and a 30 day minimum stay is required. Sorry, a mailbox is not provided for this unit. If it is important that you get your mail during your stay, we recommend purchasing a PO Box.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
