The Lakeview Home is a newly renovated 3 bedroom free standing home with a lovely yard & amazing views of the lake & mountains.
The Chalet is 10min drive from downtown, the international airport & main shopping centre and a 30 minute drive to the Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak Ski Field and around an hour to Cardrona Ski Resort and Snow Farm Nordic Ski Area. 1 hour 30 mins to Treble Cone Ski Field and 3 hours to Mt. Cook.
There is off street parking, a full kitchen & 3 queen bedrooms.
Within walking distance is the famous Sherwood Hotel/Manor with world class dinning, yoga & live music. Just a few minutes walk beyond this is Lake Wakatipu & bus stops to town, the airport, the shopping centres and the ski fields.
