Très bon séjour aussi bien de l'appartement que de la proximité de la plage et des commerces

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de fin d'années au Portel l'appartement est agréable et Frantz est super a l'écoute et très réactif Il nous a permis d'arrivée avant l'heure idem pour notre départ Encore un tout grand merci à lui

Emplacement idéal

Les points forts de l'appartement sont ses beaux volumes qui nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour avec nos deux petits-enfants ainsi que sa localisation à deux pas de la plage et à deux pas des commerces. Tout peut se faire à pied. Communication très facile avec le propriétaire que nous remercions de nous avoir laissés prendre notre temps lors du dernier jour de notre location.

Wunderbare Zeit in Le Portel

Ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement mit Ambiente, das alles bietet, was man für einen (auch längeren) Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, denn man ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand und an der Promenade, aber es ist dennoch ruhig und Parkmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Aktivitäten für Kinder und Jugendliche gibt es auch reichlich. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Fragen hat er immer sehr schnell und geduldig beantwortet. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen werden!

Problème de chauffage

Les vacances se sont correctement passées. Le problème, est que le chauffage de l'appartement était en panne à notre arrivée. (Constat effectué par le propriétaire à notre prise en charge du bien)J'ai informé vos services le mardi fin d'après-midi (24/10) et il était convenu que l'on me tiendrait informé après contact avec le propriétaire. Cela n'a jamais été fait et selon le propriétaire, il n'a pas reçu d'appel de votre part. Le chauffage a été rétabli ce vendredi 27/10. Le propriétaire nous a dépanné avec 2 chauffages d'appoint. Vu l'humidité durant cette semaine, le chauffage aurait été le bienvenu. Je ne suis pas satisfait de votre gestion à ce sujet. Il me paraît normal de vous demander une réparation financière par rapport à ce manquement. J'ai pour ma part respecté tout ce qui m'a été demandé. J'espère avoir de vos nouvelles prochainement.

Paasvakantie

Midweek gepland tijdens de paasvakantie met de kindjes. Heel goeie ontvangst, eigenaar is beleefd en hulpvaardig. Proper appartement, niet de grote luxe, maar alles wat nodig is, voor een aangenaam verblijf, is aanwezig. Leuke locatie en stad/dorp om te vertoeven. Gelegen heel dichtbij het strand en dichtbij centrum voor alle benodigdheden. Nog een extra pluspunt, overal gratis parking in Le Portel. Dus zeker mogelijkheid om dichtbij te parkeren.

Très bel appart , bien décoré et bien équipé. Avec les pièces de vies au premier étage et les chambres au second. Belle situation pour les visites, que ce soit Le portel, petite ville charmante avec superbe plage ainsi que les environs (Boulogne, côte d'opale,...)

Zu empfehlen, ganz nah am Strand

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche da verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hat uns auf Nachfrage auch Infos zu den Bussen besorgt (1 Euro pro Fahrt nach Boulogne in 15 Min, ohne Umsteigen). Der große Strand ist gleich um die Ecke, auch Einkaufen gut zu Fuß möglich. Im Haus sind es Kleinigkeiten, die zu einem Stern Abzug führen. Uns fehlten z.B. Topfdeckel beim Kochen, enge Dusche... Andere stört das gar nicht. Störend die viele Hundekacke auf den Gehwegen, aber da kann der Vermieter ja nichts dafür...

Sauber, nett und super gelegen

Ich spreche leider kein Französisch, aber es gibt ja Übersetzer… Wir waren zu viert dort. Das Haus ist im ersten Moment unscheinbar, innen aber wunderschön und funktional eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Zum Meer waren es nur 3 Minuten, war prima. Frantz Coppin war ein zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber mit einigen Tipps. Cool auch der Raclettegrill im Schrank… haben wir gleich ausgenutzt. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!!! PS: habe dem Gastgeber empfohlen das Strandbild in der Anzeige auszutauschen. Der ist viel schöner und sehr sicher durch die Rettungskräfte vor Ort.
