With two living areas, ocean & mountain views, you'll enjoy modern comforts and room to relax. The massive deck is perfect for outdoor dining with table & BBQ.
It has great WiFi, upstairs and downstairs living areas each with smart TVs and complimentary Netflix. There's a laundry, a wash area and ample parking. Plus, it's close to new mountain biking trails for adventure-loving families!
Outside on the expansive deck (it's HUGE) there's a BBQ, large table and seating, and shaded seating areas where you can relax and read a book. There's the odd wallaby bouncing about in the back yard too.

Hi there! I'm Adrian and local to the area around 15 years. I love everything this place offers - from riding & eating out to swimming, snorkelling & paddle boarding in our pristine waters.
Why they chose this property
The waters of Dalmeny and Narooma are simply stunning. The first time I drove over Narooma bridge and saw the crystal clear, turquoise waters - I knew I just had to move here. So I did! I love it every single day, even work days - a morning walk with coffee often means seeing a whale, dolphin, seal, sting ray... not to mention soaring sea-eagles, wallabies, echidnas and other wildlife. To me the south coast helps me enjoy an active & healthy lifestyle immersed in the most beautiful countryside I can think of. It is really difficult for us to go on holiday somewhere else that is nicer!
What makes this property unique
9 Dulling St is a character filled home that has an older charm to it compared to all of the modern holiday houses surrounding it. With beautiful gardens, a huge, wrap-around deck and views of the mountain ranges in the distance, the ocean, Dalmeny & Brou Beach up to Potato Point, it is a welcoming, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It's been recently renovated with beautiful bathrooms upstairs, and features separate living areas for parents and kids to enjoy with a little separation if you ever need!
