Welcome to "Padbury Delight" – an ideal destination for families looking for a perfect getaway. This beautiful, spacious home boasts an incredible outdoor area, complete with a BBQ patio and a stunning pool area that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, two living areas, study nook, spacious kitchen, free parking, a large backyard with patio, pool, and gazebo, this home is an excellent choice for families looking for that extra space to create everlasting memories.
The space
Situated on a quiet residential street in Padbury, this stand-alone home has a small grassed area, a paved front section, and a beautiful back garden with a pool. The garage is not for guest use however there is parking in the off street driveway for 2 cars. You'll have access to your private entrance with keyless entry using a smart digital lock.
Imagine stepping into a carpeted front lounge area adorned with a large SMART TV - to a charming open study nook with a computer monitor perfect for your needs.
The heart of the home, a spacious kitchen, awaits your culinary adventures, fully stocked and equipped, including a delight for all coffee lovers - a lovely Nespresso machine. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a sumptuous dinner, this kitchen is ready for your family's favorite recipes.
The master bedroom offers a king bed and semi en-suite access to the main bathroom with a ceiling fan and central airconditioning/heating with plenty of storage space for your comfort. Theres a bunk bed in the second bedroom with a single (top) and double (bottom) bed combo, and a cozy double bed in the third bedroom.
A vast backyard, complete with a BBQ patio and mini fridge, fenced pool, and gazebo, invites laughter-filled afternoons and tranquil evenings under the stars. It's a playground for both the young and young at heart.
Our dedication to ensuring a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors includes a noise monitoring device - a gentle reminder to treasure the quiet moments too.
HEATING & COOLING INFORMATION:
- Ceiling fans to front carpeted lounge area & Master bedroom.
- Ducted air conditioning (heating & cooling for all season) to the entire house, including the bedrooms.
SERVICES: The garden is serviced every 4 weeks and the pool is serviced fortnightly in summer and monthly in winter
YOUR LITTLE ONES: We provide a highchair, portacot, kids tableware, books and games.
