This was the the headmaster's house built near the Darawank Public School in 1907 sitting next to the Wallamba river. It has a full river frontage including a public boat ramp and room to park a trailer. Downstairs, there's room to park 4 cars under cover and there is an entertainment room with pool table and pot boiler stove and music. The all-round deck has a BBQ and outdoor eating area with small office with river views. Living area has a large fireplace with air-conditioning and classic art.
