Our lovely light & airy beach unit ‘Footsteps to the sand’ is in a remarkable location. Opposite the beach & around the corner from cafes, restaurants, shops & the river. Park your car & walk everywhere, for an amazing holiday or weekend getaway.
We constantly receive five-star ratings & have attracted many long stay guests due to the comfort & location of the unit.

• Open plan dining / lounge, with triple stacker floor to ceiling windows, which allow the sea
breeze to flow through the unit

o Smart TV
o Games, puzzles & books for guest enjoyment
o Dining space for 4 people
• Balcony with outside seating, great views & ocean glimpses through the trees
• Spacious & well-equipped full kitchen
• Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, plantation shutters for filtered light,
black-out blinds for a great nights sleep, fitted robes & beds with quality linens
o Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed
o Bedroom 2 has two single beds & a workspace
• Bathroom / laundry is spacious, with a large shower, basin, laundry sink & washing machine –
guest complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash is provided
• Separate toilet
• Beach towels are provided
• Private off-street parking for one vehicle
The unit is cleaned to an extremely high standard, and you will always find it fresh and inviting, as it will be your holiday home for the duration of your stay.
Note: The unit is on the second level & access is via an external staircase

We pride ourselves on offering an excellent holiday unit, which is comfortably furnished & has everything you need for a great holiday.
The unit is cleaned to an extremely high standard between all guests & we constantly receive positive feedback on how clean it is.
The building only has 10 units in the complex, which adds to the character of this beachside haven.

The location is really hard to beat, as you are literally 'Footsteps to the Sand' & yet you have a choice of swimming in the ocean or the river. With all the conveniences of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques & the all important 'ice-cream shop' on your doorstop.
