This quietly located apartment steps away from the Marina, offers spacious ground floor accommodation for up to 6 guests and features 3 well-appointed bedrooms with 1 King and 2 Queen beds, ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxing waterfront getaway. The open-plan living and kitchen area is designed for luxe relaxation, with perfect flow to the alfresco space with lots of room for all to enjoy with lovely water views and breezes, a Ninja woodfire BBQ, lounge and dining areas. The interiors showcase timber floors, plush leather seating, and neutral colours creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathrooms are contemporary and fresh with heated floors and the ensuite perfectly incorporated within the master suite including a free standing bath, to make the most of the wonderful location and views.
At Harbourside Delight, all year round stays are catered for with a fully ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning system, ensuring the perfect climate. For added relaxation, guests have exclusive access to a superb infinity swimming pool and lovely landscaped gardens.
The kitchen features stone countertops, electric induction cooktop and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine including pods creating the perfect kitchen for all your cooking needs while away on holiday. Modern conveniences include a 7KW EV charger, phone charger, Bose sound system with Amazon music subscription, 3 TVs with streaming subscriptions. The laundry also features a washing machine and dryer along with iron and ironing board creating a home away from home.
Just minutes from the lively Waterfront Marina precinct, which features a range of shops, tavern, restaurants and entertainment options, this location puts everything you need for a memorable stay right at your doorstep. Plus, if you're a beach lover, Shellharbour South Beach is just a short walk away. The Shallows Coastal Reserve is a 10-minute stroll from the apartment offering a majestic foreshore walk surrounded by lush green grasslands.

Bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Kindly bring your own pool towels
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, inside and outside on the patio - guests will need to smoke outside the complex.
