picturesque sunrises.

This Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of interior space

with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6

people and offers one of the area's most unique gulf views of the Destin

beaches.



It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed, en-suite bath, cable

television and private balcony. The guest bedroom has either 1 Queen or 2 Twin

beds.



As with all our vacation homes, the kitchens are equipped with full-sized

range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and blender. This

condominium is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed

with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation

rentals.



To allow for optional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-

out Queen sofa bed.

This is "streaming-friendly" condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of

high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!



Every unit at Pelican Beach is privately owned and uniquely decorated.
