Welcome to Top Of The World View! This wonderful cabin sits less than 3 miles from the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! Located in the prestigious Gatlinburg Falls Subdivision, this one bedroom and one bathroom cabin sleeps up to 6 guests and features some of the finest views of Mt. LeConte and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The cabin features beautifully decor as well as a huge wraparound covered porch to take in all the beauty of The Smokies! Come visit us soon!

This cabin is less than 3 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, where many restaurants, bars, and stores are waiting to be found. This cabin is located in Gatlinburg Falls Subdivision. The neighborhood features an outdoor pool.

Getting Around:
We recommend 4x4 wheel drive anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. This cabin features paved roads all the way up and is easy to reach but we still recommend 4x4 wheel drive.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.

Served its purpose, amazing view

This cabin is in a great location and served its purpose for our quick trip to the Smokies, located in what seems like a neighborhood of short term rentals. The view is awesome! Cabin could use a little updating, the bathroom sink and shower fixtures were loose (was an art to turn off the bathroom sink water to stop it from dripping), and you can see mold through the bathroom vent fan/light high on the ceiling. Also suggest making at least one of the pool sticks shorter since the location of the pool table makes it difficult for some shots without hitting the wall. But overall the stay was fine for finding a place on short notice, and waking up to the view of Mt. Le Conte makes you forget any of the negatives!

Livable, but will not stay again

The views of this cabin were impeccable and the check in process was easy and convenient. However, we will not be staying at this property again. Once we came to the property, we saw tons of trash on the front grass of the property. Immediately, I contacted the manager and sent pictures and he responded quickly and said he had no idea that the trash was there. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable getting into the hot tub either because it made us feel like if they missed all the trash in the front, then more than likely they did not drain the water either from the last guest. The bedroom has no nightstand, so be prepared to use something to hold your phone and other items, such as drinks. Once we removed the sheets, right before checkout, we saw the bed had numerous yellow stains on it. It really grossed us out. You would think they would put mattress covers at the least since so many people use the beds. Also, bring your own toilet paper and paper towels since they offer low quality ones that are not comfy to the touch. Will not be staying at this cabin again.

Beautiful Cabin

We had a great time! The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed using the pool table and foosball table. Easy to drive up to the cabin and very easy to find. Communication with the owners was a breeze and they seemed to truly care!

Spring break!

Chris couldn't have been nicer! Checked in on us by text shortly after check in time which was so nice! We felt very taken care of. So relieved to have a place to retreat to away from downtown…but just a few short minutes drive to get there when we wanted to hike, shop, do the many attractions of the city. We saw a bear at night in the community which was so incredible! Hottub was amazing, super clean. Our kids had a blast with the foozball and pool table. Beautiful views from wrap around porch. Perfect little cabin for our family! You will be happy to stay here!!

Me and my wife stayed in this particular cabin on our honeymoon and it was amazing. Very clean property management was very communicative and the location was perfect. We are already planning our anniversary.

Perfect family cabin!

This was the PERFECT cabin for parents with little kiddos! We went with a 1 year old and a 10 year old! I LOVED that the cabin was all on one floor! It made the worry go away for our 1 year old. It was clean, check-in/check-out was a breeze, and Chris was amazing at accomodating us prior to our trip! We would rent again here in a heartbeat! It was so close to downtown Gatlinburg, that it was not a big deal to leave and come back a few times a day. The hot tub, jet tub, and pool table were huge perks! The wrap-around deck with the mountain view was incredible!!! Perfect all around for us!

Disaster

Mold and roof leaking so bad on and near pool table. Hot tub was not warm and never got warm. Swarms of aggressive bees attacking as you walk on the porch and near the hot tub. Cook ware and dishes was dirty and rusted. Tried to communicate with the owner or manager but no communication. Didn’t even try to resolve issues only response was Im sorry this happened. Cracked tiles and mold everywhere. Jacuzzi was dirty and the jets didn’t work. This place looks amazing at first glance until you go to shower or soak in the tub or play a game of billiards and water is pouring on you from the roof. Parking lot Work crew came at like 7 am beating on door not just a knock. Never got to sleep in they were sooo rude and wouldn’t stop beating on the door until I was dressed and came to the door. Just a weekend getaway to relax and sleep in turned disaster

The cabin was just beautiful! It was easy to find and the property manager replied very fast !!

The cabin is just like the pictures!! Was easy to find and had a beautiful view of the mountains!! The deck was wrap around and perfect! The bed were comfortable however I would recommend a few more blankets! I would stay again!! Thank you for a beautiful time!

Relaxing

The cabin has a great view and it was easy to park. You don’t have to drive up a steep hill. The highlights were the wraparound porch and the kitchen. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It would be helpful to have more toilet paper and towels for a family that is staying for a week.

Clean and Great Location

The cabin was clean and perfect for my husband and I. The view was beautiful and it was in a great location with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. We loved the privacy for the hot tub also.

Beautiful home with beautiful view!

I really enjoyed my stay. The view of the mountains from the porch was just beautiful. The home was clean and I slept comfortably. It was only 6 minutes to town which was so convenient. I definitely look forward to staying here again.

Great Place!

We stayed only 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary and it was wonderful! The location was quiet and the view of the mountains was beautiful! The cabin is clean and well maintained. Looks just like the pictures. We will be back!

Great location

We loved the location of this cabin because it was close to Gatlinburg without being noisy. It is in a neighborhood of cabins, so I wouldn’t call it secluded since there are neighbors above and beside it, but it is at the end of the cul-de-sac. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were handy, the kitchen was well supplied, and the hot tub was nice. The shower had very low water pressure, possibly made lower by the dual shower heads, but pressure is frequently low in mountain cabins. It was well decorated and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here for Nieces wedding. Wish we had more time to enjoy the cabin. Beautiful view of the mountains and convenient to Gatlinburg. I would suggest coming in from the Gatlinburg side of 321. Tried coming in from beside Davy Crockett golf. Roads and Siri didn’t get along. Not the cabin owners fault. I would stay again.

Awesome property

This wonderful little cabin was perfect for our stay! We had a large family gathering the following week, but I had to get an important board meeting out of the way, first. So we booked this place for 3 days. The Wi-Fi was fabulous and supported my electronics in full work mode (yuck!!). I prefer to NOT work when on vacation, but sometimes you don’t have a choice! And what a backdrop while working!! I made others around the country very jealous of my location - I was on Zoom from the gorgeous deck!! The view of Mt Le Conte is fantastic. The large deck overlooking the mountains was fantastic! We spent much time out there. Everything worked well! The property manager was outstanding - responded to questions immediately. I’ve never had such prompt and helpful service. The TVs both worked easily, the keypad to get in was easy, and the location at the end of a culdesac was very quiet and private. I loved the fact that the whole area quieted down after dark, despite the fact that there were families with kids around! The location was far enough from Gatlinburg that is was away from the hustle and bustle … yet close enough that it was only minutes to reach just about anything you need or want. I feel very lucky to have fallen into this little gem at the last minute and would not hesitate to return again! Thank you for a wonderful Great Smoky Mountain experience!
