Welcome to 3314 Old Mill Street River Cottage #3! This riverfront cabin is located steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge! You cannot beat the location that this cabin offers! It's incredible! You are footsteps away from a huge variety of dining, shops, and entertainment. You can also walk to the middle of The Pigeon Forge Parkway! This newly built 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin sleeps up to 6 guests. Whether you want to relax or get in all the action, this is the cabin for you!

The Space:
Sleeps up to 6 guests max.

Cabin features high speed internet.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs)- King bed, smart tv, full bathroom with tub/shower combo

Loft (upstairs)- Queen bed, smart tv, full bathroom with shower

Living Room (downstairs)- Queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace (seasonal), smart tv

Fully stocked kitchen

Deck- seating and hot tub overlooking The Little Pigeon River

The Neighborhood:
This cabin is steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge, TN! You are literally in the heart of all the action that this area has to offer! You can walk to favorites such as The Old Mill Restaurant or The Pottery House Cafe! There are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within footsteps of the cabin's front door. You can also walk to The Pigeon Forge Parkway. The cabin is located on The Little Pigeon River so you can just sit back and enjoy the sounds of rushing water right off the back deck of the cabin.

Getting Around:
We also recommend using a car, but you can literally walk to so many things that Pigeon Forge, TN has to offer that it's truly amazing!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and is very flat to get to being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.

Bring your own coffee. Either grounds or k cups as the Keurig machine takes both.

You cannot beat this location. You are in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge and on the river! There are lots of attractions around including go karts that are across the river and through the woods. You may hear them from time to time while being outside on the deck.

Great little cottage!

For a getaway, me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary! Great location! Just minutes from anything in Pigeon Forge! Very close to the Old Mill village!

The perfect getaway!

The cottage was beautiful and decorated very tastefully! Excellent location! We were able to take the trolly from Patriot park, down the street from our cottage to Dollywood. It’s within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

My best friend and I decided to have a girls night, and we chose this wonderful cottage. It is absolutely gorgeous and walking distance to the Ole Mill. Hot tub was fantastic and we are already planning to book again.

Riverfront cottage

The cottage was cozy. Dining ware was available. The location was quiet and close to many things. Easy access to the river walk that connects to the Island. Host responded to questions in a timely manner. We had an enjoyable stay.

Peaceful and Convenient Location

Couldn’t be more convenient for walking to amazing restaurants and cute shops. Bonus…at 9:40 pm each night, we sat on front porch and watched Dollywood Fireworks from our rocking chairs. Would recommend a spot to hang clothes in loft sleeping area.

Short Family Vacation

Excellent time we had staying in Pigeon Forge in this cottage. The location was a short drive to just about anyplace. Walking distance to the mill was extremely easy and enjoyed our times spent there. The hot tub was a great place to unwind after hiking during the day. Enjoyed my morning sitting on the front porch watching the early risers stroll around. One night we were able to sit on the front porch and watch fireworks. Excellent location and property manager was excellent n communicating with me.

Best Cabin Ever!

This is probably the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. It looks even better than the pictures. The location worked out great for us. No steep hills and it was walking distance to the Old Mill. I can’t say enough good things about this cabin. You will not be disappointed.

Nasty floors

The property looks nice both outside and inside, however within minutes of walking around I noticed how dirty the floors felt on my bare feet. Later before bed I had to wipe my feet off with a warm wash cloth before getting in the bed and noticed how black the cloth was. I went to the store the next day and purchased a mop and bucket and mopped the entire downstairs floor and poured the dirty water in the bathtub and if I could post a picture of it on here I would but the water was nearly black and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I payed ALOT of $$ for 4 nights here which included a cleaning fee. I shouldn't have had to deal with having to clean the floors myself.

Great Stay in the Heart of Pigeon Forge

The property has a new, clean, state of the art feel. It backs up to the river, has a spacious backyard, a hot tub, and new appliances. I would highly recommend the house to anyone. The only complaint is close proximity to a go-cart racing track which evidently is open until midnight. It can be heard outside and overpowers the sounds of nature, including the river. Once inside, it's quiet.

Perfect location! We loved how close it was to things and that we could easily walk to the Old Mill area. Very clean and the perfect size for a couple or two. Hot tub was great also! Highly recommend. Check in and out process was super easy and I loved not having a huge list of things to do for check out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
