Whitewater ski resort is only 25 minutes away and many mountain bike and hicking trails are accessible right from the property. Kootenay Lake is less than 5 minutes away with wonderful beaches, parks and boardwalk.

The space
At the end of a residential street and at the edge of the forest, the house sits on a quiet roundabout (with a basketball net). Behind the house you will discover a large deck and the sound of a forest creek flowing by. Rooms are spacious and inviting. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms in the newly renovated basement. The master bedroom's ensuite bathroom possesses a gorgeous tub with forest views and it's walk-in closet can hide away all your belongings.
