The suite is self-contained, with your own entry. Private entrance through the back of the house via the alley.
Door has a keypad and the code will be provided. There are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms throughout the suite, as well as radiant floor heating.

**Please note that this is our family home. The guest suite is private, but attached to the main house. It’s an active household with three children and a dog that barks. Walls are well insulated - all efforts are made to keep noise to a minimum, but noise transfer (footsteps) should be expected
GUEST ACCESS
This attached garden suite is set on the ground floor of our family home. There are no stairs inside. Self check-in and check-out. The entrance is separate, private, and secure. For your privacy and convenience, we encourage use of back lane entry and exit. Private parking stall is just outside the back lane entry and free for you to use.
