Part of a historically designated craftsman home, the location is in the very heart of South Park -- walk only steps to coffee shops, Buona Forchetta Italian restaurant, Enoteca wine, Kindred cocktails, and Harland Brewery. A 4-block walk to Balboa Park, 5 minute drive to downtown, or 10 min drive to Coronado Beach. South Park's Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and tree lined streets give it an unmistakable charm.
The Bungalow Farmhouse boasts granite counters, a full kitchen, king sized beds, and a tile showers with rain fixture. There are mounted flat screen televisions with Netflix and free high speed wifi internet. Two master suites. Free laundry is available in unit.
Guests have direct and private access to the unit from the main entrance on Fern Street (center door). Within the unit are two private full baths, kitchen, and two bedrooms. Please note that the backyard is not accessible to guests.
The unit is part of a multifamily craftsman home. The unit, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all private. There are shared walls with the other unit(s). Please note the backyard is not accessible to guests.
