On the 6th floor of the Arena Residential complex, this apartment features two queen bedrooms, ensuite, main bathroom, internal laundry, and open plan kitchen, dining and living that open up to the balcony.
At Soleil you will be within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. You will also be able to walk to some of Newcastle’s not-so hidden gems including King Edward Park and the Bogey Hole, Memorial Walk, Newcastle Ocean Baths, Hunter St Mall and Nobby’s Beach & Lighthouse.
