The indoor dining area also seats up to 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room spaces. The kitchen has new countertops and is fully equipped including microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker. The bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed, TV and includes a ductless unit in a delightfully appointed setting. Just adjacent to the first floor bedroom is a shared bathroom with a low-lip, glass door shower. The washer and dryer are housed in the hall closet outside the first floor bathroom.
The straight stairway leads to the loft which features two Twin size beds. A TV and full bathroom are also in the upstairs area. A well stocked closet of toys, games, kid's dining sets, cups, bed guard rails and coloring supplies awaits here, along with a Trip Trapp highchair! The convertible sofa bed in the living room has a queen sized bed for additional sleeping. Guests here can enjoy access to the resort's pool amenities with access to passes available as well as the complimentary tickets from our Xplorie activities program.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
