About this property
Heart of the City Apartment
Located only a three minute walk to the Sky Tower, it's easy to see just how close you are when you look out the window.
With an abundance of high-end restaurants, cafe's, bars, boutique shops and so much more at your fingertips - 'Heart of the City Apartment' lives up to it's name.
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Heritage Apartment Building is modern, well-equipped and offers the perfect base for your upcoming city stay.
As a guest of the Heritage Apartment Building, you will have access to the rooftop heated pool, indoor heated lap pool, spa pool in each of the two pool areas, gym, sauna and all-weather tennis court.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has it's own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
There is a double-sofa bed in the living area which is suitable for 1 - 2 small children. For comfort reasons, this is not suitable for an adult.
Both bedrooms, and the living area have their own TV.
There is one parking space allocated for you, and included in the nightly rate - meaning no expensive city parking.
Some of the furnishings in the apartment will be slightly different - but will be of good quality.
There is a Nespresso pod machine available. You will need to bring your own pods for this.
Room Configuration
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (These beds are a split Super-King. If you would like these made together as a Super-King, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival).
Living Area: 1 x Double Sofa Bed (not suitable for an adult. Only suitable for 1 - 2 children). If you require the sofa bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
House Rules and Information
Parking: There is 1 free allocated parking space included in the nightly rate. You will need to find parking for any additional vehicle.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up in the public areas of the apartment complex.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. However, the apartment must be left tidy
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Visitors who are not on your booking are not permitted
Please note: A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
