Additionally, a friendly couple resides in the basement suite; they have a completely separate entrance and pathway to their unit, ensuring your privacy remains undisturbed. The front and back yards are shared spaces among all residents. We kindly ask all guests to respect each other's privacy and maintain a considerate noise level, especially in shared areas.
