Nestled in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, just moments from Annandale village shops and parks, this unique and spacious brick semi blends stylish design with comfort and functionality. Thoughtfully designed this home offers multiple living areas and seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces making it the perfect spot for your next holiday.

This home is available for a limited time while the hosts are overseas. While in excellent condition, it is a well-loved and lived-in space, offering an authentic and comfortable stay in one of Sydney’s most desirable neighborhoods and has been priced accordingly. A perfect choice for families, pet owners, and travelers seeking space, style, and a true taste of Annandale living!
Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom (upstairs): King Bed with ensuite and reverse-cycle air-conditioning
2nd Bedroom: Single Bed
3rd Bedroom: Single Bed (also converts to a double bed)
Upstairs Loungeroom: Sofa bed
There is also a cot and a portacot available at the house (BYO linens) as well as a clip-on highchair.
Please note:
1. The upstairs bedroom has reverse-cycle air conditioning, while the downstairs bedrooms do not have air conditioning.
2. The fireplaces are ornamental only and must not be used during your stay.
3. By completing this reservation you agree that: • You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date. • Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal
