The Space:
Welcome to your private retreat in one of Taupo’s most sought-after streets! This cozy, self-contained suite offers the perfect blend of privacy and comfort, featuring its own spacious lounge and private bathroom.

Relax in a queen-sized bed, lounge indoors binge-watching your favourite show on the smart TV. Kindly note only Netflix and Prime apps are available and you need to log-in with your own account. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge that is best suited for small children rather than an adult.

Stay snug year-round with double glazing and a heat pump/aircon.

There are no cooking facilities available. However, there is a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and utensils for preparing quick snacks that don’t require stovetop cooking. There is no dedicated food preparation area, but a basin is available in the bathroom for washing any dishes you may use. If this setup doesn’t meet your needs, we kindly ask that you refrain from preparing food or using the crockery provided.

The suite is in the downstairs area of a larger house, and there is potential to hear 'family noise'.

Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If evidence of cigarettes is left on the property, bins, or driveway or if there is a noticeable smell inside, you agree to pay NZD $100 toward deodorising the carpet, curtains, and bedding
