This is a self-contained private unit with attached washroom and Kitchenette. There is a wide window facing garden and a sliding door leading to the garden. You have your own entrance from the side of the house. The room is very quiet and comfortable. It’s a great place to stay for days or weeks for an affordable budget.
58 inches smart TV with Netflix, free coffee and coffee mate, microwave, kettle, plates, wine glasses, knives and forks are all provided in the unit. Washer, dryer are in the next door and shared. Steam iron is available. The host is a senior man who is a retired teacher. He is very welcoming and helpful. He won’t bother you during your stay but he is living on the upstairs and always available when you need him.
The location is very convenient. The bus stops are 4 minutes walking. The buses go to Halifax downtown and Dartmouth directly. A convenient store is 10 minutes walking. Super Store and Sobeys are 5 minutes bus. Parking is free on the driveway or on the street.
