The Space:
Apartment (Lower Level)

On the lower level, you’ll find a private 2-bedroom apartment, equipped with its own cosy living area, fully stocked kitchen, and alfresco deck, perfect for unwinding outdoors.

Bedroom 1

This bedroom contains a King bed, which can be converted into two king singles on request. There is also a walk in robe to store your belongings.

Bedroom 2

Has a queen bed and walk in robe.

Outdoor & Entertaining Spaces

Kick back on the alfresco deck, where you can enjoy sunset cocktails overlooking lush, green parkland. The sunsets are beautiful and the everchanging colours of the sky will always impress.

Outside, the property there is a large heated pool and built-in spa, inviting you to relax and enjoy soaking up the sun. This is a shared space with a laidback outdoor setting drenched in sun and a fully equipped BBQ to complete your summer essentials.

The Location

Positioned in a whisper-quiet pocket only 350m to the beach, this home is protected from the hustle and bustle of Noosa, while still having it all on your doorstep. Enjoy chill mornings at the local cafe, Chalet & Co, just next to the beach entrance and drink your coffee watching the locals hit the break.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment on the lower level of the property, which includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and private balcony.

The property is a large residence, set across two levels, with completely independent and private living arrangements.

On the upper level, there is 3 bedroom unit which is also rented to guests and may be occupied during your stay.

The pool and laundry are shared spaces utilised by both residences. Please be considerate and respectful of others when using these common areas.

Please be advised when booking that there may be other guests on the property. Each apartment is completely private, however there may be occasions where you cross paths in common areas and have general noise from activity.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is only heated during winter.
