Welcome in Finca Can Det...
In the picturesque village of Biniaraix, near Sóller, is situated this beautiful majorcan country house made of natural stone. From here you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding "Tramuntana" Mountains, and the valley of Sóller. "Tramuntana" Mountains are declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO.
The house offers at about 100 m² living space spread over one floor, a spacious dining area with open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms en suite and a toilet. Above the house, there is the salt-water pool with a very spacious terrace and unique panoramic view. The house has air conditioning in both bedrooms. It is also very cosy in the colder months cause dispose of the central heating. The garden directly around the house has approx. 1000 sqm, and is planted in Mediterranean style. The rest of the huge plot is mostly planted with olive, orange and lemon trees. The finca has a good access and a lots of parking place. Finca Can Det is a perfect holiday house for a nature lovers and people who wants forget the daily stress and relax.

Tolles Haus in fantastischer Lage

Dieses Haus ist vor allem für Leute die diese Seite von Mallorca noch nicht kennen. Traumhafte Berge, tolle Wanderwege und idyllische Ortschaften direkt vom Haus ausgehend. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Raumaufteilung, Terrasse und Pool - alles top.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time in Can Det. We used every opportunity to sit by the magnificent pool, a piece of heaven on earth, peaceful, secluded and one with all the beauty and sounds of nature. The setting, the home and the surrounding village were just what we had hoped for to decompress. A very special place....which we definitely hope to return to very soon!

A Beautiful Property With Stunning Views

What a great location! The photos do not do this property justice. The views of the town and mountains are stunning, it is so peaceful sitting by the pool. The house is beautiful and was well equipped. Ania was there to show us everything when we arrived. It is a very short stroll into the village where the bar and café were welcoming and the food was fantastic. It is an easy 25 min walk into Soller where you can get the tram to Port Soller or Palma. You can walk to Fornalutx in 20 mins where there are lovely restaurants and bars. Be brave when driving as the roads are VERY narrow around Biniaraix and Fornalutx (book a small hire car!) . We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends. Pamela, Martyn, Amy and Matt UK

Idyllisch gelegene Finca

Das Haus liegt wunderbar direkt am Wanderweg in die Schlucht von Binaraitx. Sehr gute Matratzen und zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Schönes Geschirr. Für die Kaffeezubereitung gibt es ausreichend Gerätschaften ( Filterkaffeemaschine, eine Kanne zum Durchdrücken, mehrere für den Gasherd, eine Kapselmaschine). Orangenpresse ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben täglich gekocht und waren sehr zufrieden! Der Wohnraum war auch gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse ist unglaublich schön, mit direktem Blick sowohl auf den Es Cornador als auch bis Soller ins Tal. Hier wäre Mobiliar zum Sitzen toll, es hat zwar 4 Liegestühle aber es wäre auch schön dort oben zu essen etc. Die Zufahrt durch den Ort ist eng und die restlichen Meter über den Feldweg aber gut machbar, dafür wohnt man in einer Traumlage! Die Verwalterin Ania kümmert sich hervorragend und sehr persönlich um ihre Gäste, Danke nochmals!!
