The Space:
Step outside into your private lakeside paradise, where a sprawling lawn invites outdoor play and relaxation. Just steps from the water, you’ll find a boat slip and a dock with comfortable seating, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying the serene lake views. Guests can take to the water with two provided kayaks, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The patio is completely furnished with outdoor fans, lighting, flat screen TV, seating, and a built-in propane grill. Whether you're casting a line off the water's edge, lounge with a good book, or hosting a sunset gathering, the outdoor spaces set the stage for unforgettable moments by the lake.

The heart of the home is a fully stocked with a chic chef’s kitchen, boasting modern appliances and stylish finishes. The spacious island offers additional seating, making it a natural hub for conversation and meal prep. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a cozy booth on one side, creating a charming and functional space for shared meals. The living room, bathed in natural light, offers ample seating for relaxation or socializing. Completing the downstairs is Bedroom 2, a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests.

The upstairs is designed to accommodate guests with both style and comfort. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, stunning views, and a private ensuite bathroom, creating a serene escape. Bedroom 3, also equipped with a king-size bed, offers cozy sophistication for restful nights. Bedroom 4, the bunk room, is a lively space with three twin beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole house, back yard and swim platform.

- The Slab - A Kingsland favorite is a fun swimming area just down the road.
- Close to Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park
- Golf Courses nearby - The Legends Golf Course, The Lighthouse Country Club, Blue Lake Golf Club, and Horseshoe Bay
- Wineries are also nearby - Perisso's Winery, Flat Creek Estate Winery & Tons of Restaurants!

Getting Around:
There is not any public transportation close by. You will need a vehicle to get to this home and around to local attractions.

Someone will be available by phone, text, email, or in person if need be before and during your stay!

Pets are not allowed at this property! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 charges the card on file.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Guests are welcome to use the boat slip located at the swim platform. However, due to seasonal changes in the Llano River, navigating the channel can be challenging. Please check with us about current water levels before bringing a boat to ensure safe access.
