▪️ Demolition works will commence on Wednesday, 25th June 2025. Installation of site fencing will begin on the same morning.
▪️ On – demand diggers (ODD) have been awarded the demolition contract.
The demolition is expected to take approximately 3 weeks, weather permitting.
Week 1: Internal strip out
Week 2: Asbestos removal
Week 3: Structural demolition and removal of debris
ODD will implement appropriate dust control and traffic management measures during the works, including temporary road closures when required.

▪️ General construction activity near some properties
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
